During her Master Degree she worked as a Consultant Dietitian with INCO (National Institute for Obesity Surgery) and in different private clinics in collaboration with GPs, psychotherapists and gastroenterologists where she specialized in the nutritional treatment of gastrointestinal conditions, metabolic disease and eating disorders. During this period she had the opportunity to collaborate with the University of Milan as Assistant Lecturer in the Bsc. Dietetics.
Before moving to Singapore she worked in a food service company as Senior Dietitian. Starting from August 2017 Veronica has joined Dr. Andrea Rajnakova at Andrea’s Digestive, Colon, Liver and Gallbladder Clinic as a Nutritional Consultant.
In the last almost three years in Asia, Veronica has also supported as a volunteer different nutritional projects in Singapore and Fiji (Viseisei Sai Health Centre), where she was running the Non Communicable Disease and Maternal Child Health clinics, helping people with chronic condition and severe malnutrition. She also continued to grow her interest in gastrointestinal disorders and hence completed her FODMAP course at Monash University.
